Imagine This…
Performing in a historic Italian piazza under the evening sky
Hearing your sound blend with a full clarinet choir
Sharing meals, laughter, and music with new friends
Walking the same streets your family once did
Returning home inspired, confident, and reconnected to your music
✅ Daily jazz improvisation workshop to start the day
✅ Clarinet ensemble/choir rehearsals + coaching
✅ Perform alongside a harp ensemble — premiering a new collaborative work
✅ Concerts in the piazza with the local community
✅ Authentic Southern Italy: food, history, and friendships
✅ Guest experiences available for those traveling with you (non-musician track)
WHY THIS IS PERFECTThis program is built for clarinetists who want to grow musically and also enjoy the joy of playing in a welcoming, inspiring environment.
You’ll love this if you want:
A supportive musical experience (no “competitive conservatory pressure”)
Daily rehearsal structure + real performances
A trip that feels like joining a community, not a tour
Most days follow this flow:
Workshop (morning) — start the day with rhythm, style, listening, and improvisation concepts
Ensemble Rehearsal — blend, tuning, phrasing, musicianship, and repertoire coaching
Afternoons/Evenings: cultural experiences, special events, and community time
Performances: concerts + open mic night + final concert production
