DAILY FLOW
A rhythm that helps you grow musically while enjoying Italy
Most days follow this flow:
Morning Workshop — start the day with musicianship, listening, ensemble skills, and rehearsal techniques
Chamber Ensemble Rehearsal — focus on blend, tuning, phrasing, and repertoire coaching
Afternoons & Evenings — cultural experiences, special events, concerts, and time to explore the town and connect with fellow musicians
Performances — concerts in historic churches and town piazzas, plus a final festival concert


Lucia Marone is a dedicated music educator, performer, and director with over 30 years of experience. A former Vineland Teacher of the Year, she holds degrees in Music Education, Performance, and Music Therapy, and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. She currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Rowan University and directs music education programs at M & M Music. As founder of the Biccari Music Festival, Lucia is passionate about connecting musicians with their heritage through meaningful musical and cultural experiences.
